Includes: Annual training plan. Training Peaks software for tracking your daily progress both athletically and nutritionally. Your workouts are emailed daily, all workouts are designed specifically for you. Unlimited email and or phone contact. Training with power plans also available.
Do you need help figuring out where to start. Do you want to design your own daily training schedule but need help with how many hours to train, what type of training should you be doing, when? With your Annual Training Plan you can design your own training scehule or if you decide that you want the convenience of having your training planned you may switch to One on One coaching at any time.
- One time coaching or on an as need basis:
Do you need help getting ready for a specific race or ride event. Maybe you just need a little fine tuning. Are you brand new to cycling and ready to see what it's all about? Give us a call we would love to help.
